80 climbers including a record number of 8 women competing, 28 degrees with blue sky's a slight breeze and the sweet sweet smell of crêpes being made in a little van behind me. I wonder how many I can eat this weekend. Yum yum yum.
On the otherside of things it is the first day and 4pm has just passed and not one climb has been done yet. It might be a long weekend. It's a good job I have the crêpes to support me in my hour of need.
It feels like the ETCC but without the rowdy English. Hahaha
A really amazing place for the comp. Trees all close together and and the camp site just outside. Only shame is no dogs so I have to keep going in and out to check on them as it's so hot. Free entrance to the swimming pool and 2 parties. Fab.
Stu came 10th which is really good as he had a few technical hitches. The masters was pretty difficult for the men and women but Veronica stole the show for the girls and Moritze for the men.
