This was a bear placed out in front of a store with a sign on it: "Give to the Bear" with a little tin cup attached to the base. Not only did this guy, like almost everyone we saw walk by the bear, gave a coin and had his pic taken. Wonder if I could get a permit to do this in down town Boerne? (-:
