Just read your last blog from Kanchanaburi - how we wish we could have been with you on this trip. What an experience. the bridge and everything looked beyond description from the photos, but your blog just showed how moving it must have been. Then those waterfalls - magic. Just managed to catch up on all your activities, wow you certainly are covering some ground, it all sounds so fantastic - every day is a new adventure. It does me no good to keep- reading about your experiences I end up feeling pretty envious and disgruntled with my lot. Carry on with all your wonderful descriptions and photos they really bring the places alive.

Been snowing here and freezing, so looking at your photos has really cheered us up. I had to look twice at the photos of Laura on a bike!!!! How lucky you were to be able to help bath the elephant - you lucky people -Take care Lots of Love X

We've just looked at your photos from Chinnar, and I have to say we're extremely jealous. The elephants had obvioulsy been scared off by you two, as there were none there by the time we arrived. We're still on our elephant hunt though - tomorrow we're doing a tour with elephant riding and some white-water rafting (Alex is very scared). We're in Chaing Mai at the moment and staying at a plave called Julie's guest house (in the bible). It's 200B a night, and really nice, great cheap food, pool table, and will organise tours for you. We'd recommend it if you head up this way.
