The traffic here is a little crazy and it didn't surprise me when we came across this. Most of the lines on the road don't mean anything and motorcycles and mopeds don't really have to follow most of the rules of the road so you basically just get everyone weaving around each other everywhere. It seems like chaos to me but no one here really seems to mind.
