You were mentioning gloworms, but it looks like you guys had to transform into worms yourselves to get through some of the spots in that cave! Yikes! I could feel my body start to ache when Laura was talking about it being the hardest physical day of your life. What a sense of accomplishment though. Looking forward to your next set of photos!

I love the police car--hard to go undercover with that color scheme. Questions: there is obviously some sort of stuff written on your wallpaper--what does it say? where did you go for your "first nice dinner"/what did you eat? what is the weather like there?

Abseiling is rapelling in a harness 300 meters intothe dark with a hard hat on (like rock climbing but in reverse) down into a cave that is really old and has gloworms etc.(all in a wet suit...then jumping down a hole into a underground river and floating for a while.

What Dad means is..."I'm trying to watch tv and you keep interrupting me." He's busy reading the master travel plan.
