We have had a 48 hour layover in Amsterdam en route to Portugal. We have been here before and we'd come again! It is a dynamic city and there's lots to love. We have had an adventurous few days on the windward side of Oahu, the lush green and wild side. We are staying in a small settlement called Haaula and it is a short drive to Laie and The North Shore. Yesterday's adventure was snorkelling at Pupekea beach, also known as Sharks Cove. It was incredible! We swam in a protected bay with shallow water and a natural rock breakwater around us.
