Tomorrow is my last day at home, trying to pack and trying not to stress, and also trying not to think about what I leave behind. How fragile we are.

So tomorrow is when I'm handing over my workload, logging off and shutting down for seven weeks. Looking forward to that feeling of no more Mondays to dislike until mid-May! Unless I find a pot of gold ...

Every holiday seems to present a new packing challenge, in this case seven formal nights and weather ranging from tropical to 'Spring' in the UK. Biggest tip I've learnt to date is to use packing cubes to organise and separate everything in my checked in luggage and be ready to hit the ground running. Maria takes it even further by having whole outfits ready to go using double-sided cubes for casual and swimwear. All very logical in theory ....

Every morning I wake up next to this beautiful man I feel so very grateful for everything he has done for and with me over the past 13 years. Looking forward to our next big adventure.
