Day 7 An early morning visit to the bathroom was accompanied by the sound of roaring trucks. I was trying to work this out in my state of sleepiness, as where we are staying is so remote that we didn't see any traffic at all and there is no town around us. It's a perfect day today. It might not have been if our French friends hadn't discovered where I had booked George and myself for tonight. I had miscalculated the towns as there is a Aumont- Aubrac and then just a Aubrac. I didn't realise that they were different so I had George and myself walking over 50 kms today until we got to our destination. Day five The frantic buzz around the boulaingerie for the early morning purchase of the baguette is like a hive that has been agitated. The cars drive up and out jump the owners, run into the shop & out again in minutes with their purchase safely tucked under their arm. Day Four Our grandmother hostess has been up early and has brought over the breakfast. This time we are treated to home made yoghurt from the farm which is delicious.
