Hey All! I'm spending a week up north in Chaing Mai. Just did a 3 day thai cooking course so I'll be using you lot as guinea pigs when I get home! :-) Have eaten more food than is humanly possible to believe over the last 3 days so I'm lurking in an internet cafe and wondering why I put so much chilli in the green curry this afternoon... Off back to Bangokok on Saturday and then I start my tour through Cambodia the following Tuesday.... I'll be home in 2 months! Can't believe it! Hope you're all having fun! Hx
