Bouillabaisse! You can't go to Marseille without trying it.
We chose the "bouillabaisse au pecheur", the cheap version. What we really like is the "soupe de poisson" that is the base. Then they add sea food (the more fish, the more the price. Our version is only 19 euros, but others go up to 55. The best part is the croutons, on which you pile the roux (lots of garlic) & add parmesan cheese.
