Les first tasted Corsican pizza on our first visit to Corsica, about 12 years ago. He loved it so much, & compared each pizza he tried to that one. When we went back to Corsica in 2017, he found one he liked even better: eggplant, hamburger, & big globs of Corsican cheese on the perfect crust.
