Leon writes: "We are resting, my dear, since yesterday, after having marched a good part of the night. This morning we took trucks for our rest time. We're doing fine, no shells, no gas to fear, & we slept on good straw. Unfortunately, the rumors are that this rest will last only 5-6 days, then back to the carnage."
