but almost elegant! It's small, but well-organized. I see a simple cook-top but no oven. (Most of their cooked stews are created in a pot on a stove-top of some sort--maybe like where the hot water is warming). Note the detail on that arched opening to the dining room. When Ouman brings people to visit the village, he doesn't know who or which house we will see. They have no phone--it just happens.
