The road was used for parading people & animals down the Main Street to celebrate a "Triumph" in honor of the Emperor. We leave Volubilis with renewed applause for the Romans, whose influence affected so many cultures in the world. We are off to FEZ, which turned out to be one of the big highlights of our Moroccan adventure.
