When it rains big time, usually in October/November, the water rushes down the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. It can really cause problems. We've been there! In our last house, the water forced our garage door open, & took away the washing machine, & whatever else was there. Not fun! Especially when your buyer is watching! It all worked out.
