Hello there, Vix!
Hope you have been having a fab time since I last emailed you! Finally got on to your message board - so cool!
Hope you are feeling a bit better now - are you still on the antibiotics? I had flu over Xmas, but better now, although the lurgy is still going round, so I might catch it again!
Al sends a big hello! Things going great in the flat, lots of painting and buying bits and bobs from IKEA and B&Q. All very grown-up. Glad that the teaching is going well, I bet the little children are really sweet.
Mary says HI too - she's busy teaching scary secondary school kids, ekk!
Will check the message board again soon to see if you've checked it!
lots of love

Hi Vicky. Just gone into your website and have to say it's absolutely amazing! It has been wonderful reading your stories and feel quite jealous! Not of the fish head curry I have to say! That would definitely make me decide to be vegetarian. Having said that, I bet mum would make it taste delicious.
Well, how are you feeling now? Glad to hear the antibiotics have kicked in. Do they have a "national health service" there? Do you have amenities like hospitals/doctors/M & S (!!!) nearby? By the time you read this I hope you have moved into your own place and everything is as you want it. As you know I also work in a school but can't imagine what it must be like to finish your day and then walk to the beach! What an experience this is for you. Enjoy every single minute (fish head soup and all) and now that I have found your site I will continue to be enthralled! (I really must get out more!) Take care, Love Sue.

I am having Primark withdrawals I think! Mind you - I bought a skirt the other day for about 2 pounds - not quite 50p though is it?!?! Thanks for the calcium tablets - although I have managed to find some yoghurts that are not too cheesy (!) and have been having those with a banana, honey and some sunflower seeds - all very healthy! Speaking of food we had our first school dinner about half an hour ago - am not completely sold on the merits of fish head curry! We taught our first lessons today - it was all a bit scary but we managed to get through it. The kids are really cute and even bring your lunch to you (although saying that I kind of wished they hadn't, seeing as it was fish head curry!).
Am feeling loads better now that the mammoth antibiotics have kicked in. Only a few more days to go and then I can drink again - yay! Managed to burn my ear yesterday - doh - so have been walking around feeling that someone's talking about me - maybe they are, hope it's cos you're all missing me lots!
Mum - get Nick to look at your phone. From a mobile you need to send messages to +66 4844 6740. Nick should be able to sort it out for you.
As for my address, that isn't actually where I'm staying. THat's the address of the POD HQ here in Thailand, so you can still send stuff there. Am hoping that I'll be able to move into my proper hut today so I can get settled. Am still living out of my backpack - not sure that I've actually reached the bottom yet - who knows what surprises will be lurking there!
Off to Samui tomorrow for a mammoth shopping trip - can't wait!
Right - off now to try and explain to the bungalow owner that I want to move in to my hut - wish me luck!
Love to you all - Vicky xxxx

I've just shown Ed your site so if you are very lucky he may post you a message - or not as the case may be!
Ive spent the whole morning in Woking on a wild goose chase for Nina so I'm feeling quite traumatised - mine you I did get to walk past the hallowed ground that is Primark!!!! I haven't found a surrogate luch buddy - you could never be replaced, so I'm just waiting til you get home! I'm really tired today as I played squash with Kingsley last night and as expected he absolutely slaughtered me!!

Hello darling I hope this finds you well ... and that the cold has sudsided // However there has to be some "karma" for being in the tropical heat while we are in cold wet gloom.... E&I had a lovely Christmas, drove up to Kenmore in Scotland arriving at 3am Christmas Day with the snow falling and nothing around apart from us (nutters) and a few deer .... anyway the fine selection of whisky in the bar helped to thaw out the bits which had become numb. We then did a few of E's rellies in Kirriemuir and Dundee before getting ferry from Cairnryan to Larne to go and see my folks...blah ...blah ... Anyway I am back in work TARGETS / DEADLINES/ CUSTOMERS !! - ARGH!
TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER ........ I am in work( 6.30ish), albeit taking a break to send this to you .. been really busy since I got back and PKF is keeping E&A for a least 10hrs a day - so probably best I am busy as well. Love the photos - it looks absolutely beaut , wish i could take a cheap flight .........can imagine myself doing my job sitting on the beach with a mobile - would be highly effective !!!!
Hope things are not too basic - let me know if any special requests (Portaloo?)

Hello Vicky!!!
Well, what a mad week I had last week - firstly GR sent me home on Weds as I was ill, turns out I had tonsillitus and I only just managed to get out of bed this morning - such a nightmare!
The next disaster to befall me was that my Landlord has decided to sell my flat and so now I'm homeless - well househunting actually but its near enough the same thing! I just can't be bothererd to find anywhere else to live!
The next bit of exciting news is that Neal has got a new job - as a Dermot O'Leary lookalike - can you imagine?! Once I know the website address I'll let you have it so you can have a look at the photos!
Anyway gotta go - will be in touch soon, when I get chance I'll log into Yahoo and send you a proper message with all the more exciting gossip- which cannot be published here!
Love S x
