Just arrived in Koh Samet, which is 4 hours from Bangkok and its not raining!!!!!! its actually quite warm, the sun is breaking through just a few clouds but we are being optimistic that it wount rain again as we have seen enough in Bangkok to last a life time, so fingerscrossed it will stay nice for next 3 days. Found a little bungalow to stay in nice and cheap only 200 bt, but got stung with a 400 bt entrance fee to come onto the island as its a national park, hadnt planned for that, just means less beer money or luxuries. seems like a nice little place so shouldnt get into any trouble!!
