Thursday 9th - Arrived at Crescent Head for a couple for nights before we get to Nambucca Heads. We are set up close to another family who have two boys and Gracie is enjoying playing with them and riding her bike and scooter. The boys are pretty fast so Gracie has to work to keep up with them. We have had a lovely drive up the East Coast to Port Macquarie - apart from getting a stone chip on the windscreen just out of Anna Bay. Most likely the first of a few! Thought we would stay here as Gracie had affecionately renamed it Pour a Coffee a couple of years ago when we came up for a holiday. We have arrived at Anna Bay in Port Stephens for our first night. Lovely caravan park at One Mile Beach. There is a great pool but too cold to swim and a really big bird aviary with lots of birds including a Galah called George who nods his head when you ask him if his name is George! Managed to get the caravan set up pretty quickly (didn't put the awning out so it will be interesting how long it takes us to set up when we do!)

We are finally on our way! Have rented the house, Darby is being dog sat with June and Gren and we are heading around Australia to see the sights. First stop somewhere on the Australian East Coast.
