May 27 2015 - Lunch With Sair, At The Princess Victoria, Shepherd's Bush
Sair started with anchovies with aioli and I had soft shell crab tempura. Both were excellent. Actually, I ended up helping out with the anchovies as they have always been a love of mine. Our discussion mainly covered how one should deal with a meaningless life. The answer was to treat it as though it was not meaningless especially via the seeking out of enjoyment. We further agreed one of the best forms of enjoyment was creating happiness for others or, where appropriate, helping others to avoid suffering. The neat, circular nature, of this conclusion caused much merriment.
