There are certain rituals which we observe when in Spain with our friend Sair (centre). The main one is called Tea Club, whereby, every morning, over tea (usually Yorkshire Gold) we discuss current "issues", which can relate to personal experiences or they may be broader; items such as international economics or politics, or the world of psychiatry and psychology. I try to get two cups of tea in, which means the duration can be up to an hour or even longer. Sair usually makes the tea, which I ask to be made in a pot.
