My fascination with the outwardly prosaic is well documented and another aspect of this is words and language. Dutch, or Flemish, or whatever their language is, has marvellous names and words. There's loads of "oo"'s in their language (a bit like the aa's in Finnish) and I'm especially fond of names extended with the prefix Van. Here's Van Winkel's lorry. And that name combines two of my great loves, odd names and sleeping.
