3rd and final photo attempt, and I think I got him this time. Chris was brilliant. He was incredibly attentive, constantly asking us if we wanted more drink and seemingly not recording our consumption. At the end of the evening though, it was all there on his tally roll and we not only paid up, we gave him a hefty tip. He remarked, in perfect English: "Thanks guyss, this is what its all about".
