After the camp, we headed for downtown Berlin. I never worry about parking in the right place in big cities - fortune seems to favour the brave. So, being headed for Berlin, we wanted to see the wall. We just made for Willhelmstrasse (via Sat Nav) which the book said was near "Check Point Charlie" and parked in the first available place. As it happened, I then realised we'd parked literally on top of where the wall was (marked by a double row of cobble stones). Furthermore, one of the last remaining stretches of the wall was just across the street. See car's position in photo as proof positive of this claim.
