Its an old obsession of mine, which I cannot explain. Equally, I cannot explain why photographs of balloons in a state of equilbrium, using distorted colouration, accompanied by the ambient music of Brian Eno, cause in me such a powerful sense of detached other worldiness which I believe approaches nirvana.
