Being the 4th July, I had a notion for an American theme. Always fascinated by that quintessentially peak period of the American cultural explosion, the late 50's/early 60's, I attempted to capture a flavour of that period with today's snap. First, I produced a full breakfast for our guest Harry, then I asked him to pose as though he was the subject of an ad from that golden era. Without questioning this slightly pretentious premise, Harry instantly understood and posed with the ease of a consummate actor. I'm rather pleased with the result.
