The parade included a very eclectic mixture of participants from around the world and their skills were quite breathtaking. These Bolivians danced and spun around in perfect time, but what they actually were was a bit of a mystery - a sort of Latin American cross between matadors and Morris dancers. I must say that the foreign entrants, which represented the vast majority, were easily superior to the home grown offerings.
