The Hotel is in a constant state of flux, with walls appearing overnight. I had a chat with this bloke who turned out to be the main wall man. The snow is actually made by a machine before it is stuffed into the wall mould. The manufactured snow is, apparently, denser and therefore better for construction purposes.
