I spotted Charlie outside a local tattoo parlour. His body was pretty well covered, including, as I understand it, areas not commonly exposed to daylight. I also enquired how long it had all taken. "All my life" was the answer, with bits being added piecemeal over 50 odd years. Like the original "Illustrated Man", there was a story to be told with each engraving, but that, I'm afraid can wait until "The Illustrated Man - the Sequel" comes out.
