Does it get any better!?

Wandered 5 minutes from my villa with blue table n chairs atop a whitewashed balcony in a garden setting: picture perfect for a start! Throw in 26 degrees, blue skies, snail pace and friendly host! Wow! Just as remembered. It's as if time has stood still here for 20 years! Everyone is insisting there have been big changes: I don't see it...that's a fantastic thing!!!!

So, onto Music Port in Little Venice! Ordered Greek Salad: it's a real, honest to god perfect Greek Salad! (Funny bout that!) A huge chunk of feta sitting on the top and tomatoes more red than I've seen in a decade! That would have been enough but then out comes the Gyros!! Tender chicken, thick spicy chips, freshly baked pita, fresh onion and beautiful smooth Greek yoghurt!!!!!

It's all being washed down with a refresher of local ale and I said I'd have a retsina later...that came out too! Oh well: when in Greece!

Better than imagined and expected!
