After a very long ferry ride from Bali to Lombok, we arrived on the 21st. The ferry ride was 5 hours long and very choppy, was dealing with a little bit of sea sickness. It has taken a few days to adjust but I am doing well. I have not had any problems eating the food although they cook with a lot of chilis. HOT HOT HOT. We stayed at Roy's parents place until the 23rd. I got to drive a morotcycle.....see monkeys......and see the most beautiful sunset. I have eaten lunch on the ocean and have met many of Roy's amazing family. Traditions here are a lot different than at home. Yesterday the 23rd we got on a ferry to Sumbawa...it was a 1 hour trip and not as choppyas my first ferry ride. After the ride we had to drive 100km more to get to Roys brothers house where we stayed last night. We will be staying at Roy's Grandmas until we leave Sumbawa on the 28th. We will be going to Christmas Day church tomorrow with about 40 of Roy's relatives. Hope everyone is well. Will write soon again.
