Whilst re-reading my message to you the Taj Mahal conjured up some old thoughts about your Dad and the Taj Mahal.

On Friday nights' when your Dad 'rolled'out of the Trafalgar, him and his mates and it may have included your uncle Dave? They would make their way to the curry house, The New Taj Mahal and have a curry. The Indian staff there loved your Dad and would always sit him down and offer him the hottest curry in the house and if he could eat it, without falling by the way side, he did not have to pay. Well your Dad loved a challenge and the staff may have regretted their offer, as your Dad would be so determined not to pay, that he sat and finished every last vestige even if it did take him until 3am and those boys had to wait until he finished the last mouthful!!! It was the meat or mushroom Fhaal the hottest hottest curry but he made it! Not quite the same Taj but a different slant on the word, love J

Hello my darlings

How amazing, mama recently gave me all the details on how to access the website and I am so impressed and it turns out to be easy to follow!!!!!! It has taken me almost 3 weeks to catch up on all the news,destinations and photos and I was a little sad when I came to the end, how will I occupy my time on the lap top now. It felt like a competition, with myself, to cover the whole trip and now I have caught up, I need more news!!!!! In your own time of course.

I have so laughed out loud (lol) with your dry sense of humour and the thrill of the smallest of details makes me feel that I am along side you both, you have made it so personal and am I right, in believing that a book, will be made, at the end of the trip?

You will become travel authors to people in the future, you will certainly be able to speak from real experiences on the bog front and in colour! Sometimes too much information but soooooo informative.

In a few days time it will be the 10th anniversary for Lady Di and on the TV they have been showing lonely pictures of her at the Taj Mahal and your photos give the place such a warm glow, it just looks so amazing. On a smaller scale related to travelling tee hee, Lilly leaves today for Corfu a much and long awaited 1 week holiday. Lilly has been so busy I am not sure if she has kept up with the trippin Lambys, maybe when she returns.

Hey Travellers, Catching up on your blogs makes us smile, but very jealous though. Hope you are fully recovered from the nasty illnesses :( its wierd 'cause Robs step brother is doing a similar world trip to you & also has a blog on this site, he's in Laos at the moment & going to Vietniane today, he's off to Vietnam next too. He's called Sam if you happen to run into him! its a small world after all!
