We've been in Shark Bay now for almost a year! The time has absolutely flown. Of course we've already squeezed in an overseas trip (see previous entries on the Caribbean November/December 2012).It seems the right time to add an album of photos taken over the year that show some different perspectives of the World Heritage area we call home.Enjoy.  

We may live in paradise 24/7, here in the Shark Bay World Heritage area, but the weather is just (very occasionally) not the "paradise ideal".  It's feeling like Christmas in Old San Juan.The trees in the park opposite our hotel all have fairy lights, the shops and restaurants are decorated in Christmas hues and there is a 15 minute laser light show every hour projected on the Governor's residence close by. It is a rather bizarre concept. You go on a cruise ship where every wish is catered for. You can lie out by the pool all day, if that is your thing (its not mine) and have food and drinks brought to you.
