Today we drove to Drysdale and set off in sunshine but with a very cool breeze. It wasn't long before I had to stop and don my windproof jacket. Early on we met a few walkers and doggies but as the morning wore on it was mainly cyclists. Very pleasant out and lots of birds......yellow tailed black cockatoos, eastern rosellas and little blue wrens among others.

A couple of stops to readjust or snack and the going was easy. We walked as far as Suma Park at 10.23kms before returning to Drysdale. A successful training walk completed! Paul's new insoles worked a treat and the toe socks are fantastic!

We drove into Drysdale for a coffee and toasted sanga for late lunch about 2ish I think.
