Rachel and I decided to take a road trip and visit Stonehenge. I had never been before and had wanted to see the old stones for years! On the way home we stopped for ice-cream in Windsor and also in the little village where they filmed Vicar of Dinley and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Perfect day!

An over night stay in Dubai on our way to our main holiday in India. We seemed to walk for miles looking for a cashpoint! Then finally arrived upon the harbour and Dubai Creek. We boarded a cruise boat to check out the sites. A very short stay, but enough time to see what we wanted to plus we were there the evening of the opening of the Burj Khalifa - The worlds tallest tower!

This was my first ever trip to Scotland (well... If you don't count the time we drove to the Scottish border then left again) Main reason for the trip was for Sarah & Gareth's wedding but it was great to see a bit of Edinburgh too. We visited the castle and city centre (including some shopping...!) We also done the city tour on an open top bus.
