I'm packed and ready for the ride of my life. I never imagined a 3-week overseas holiday could be done with a single bag, a single dress and a single pair of dress shoes but I've been reliably told that I will grow to love my new found freedom. We're on the 11:50am flight to Ho Chi Minh City tomorrow and I can't wait to get things underway. Jane x
