So finally, after a 16 hour turbulance-filled duel flight (San Francisco via Manchester and Philadelphia) we arrived in the sunny city by the bay. A nice bloke with a limo picked us up at the airport and whisked us to our downtown hotel. We were so tired and calculated that the time back in Manchester would have been around 3am and we had been up since 7am.
