Hello you two. Thought we'd get in early and write our new year message now before the net gets too busy.
Well we hope you are both well and have been enjoying a somewhat different festive season. Its weird isnt it christmas without the cold, although from what you told us on the phone it hasnt been altogether your typical Aussie xmas weather!!!
We're sure you will enjoy Sydney and if you've made it there for New Year it will be spectacular. Be sure to have a good look around some of our old haunts... Randwick, Clovelley Beach, Coogee. Then in the city be sure to visit 'The Rocks' fab markets (not scabby ones Sam!) and Paddingtion for nice bars and restaurants.
Thats it we're making ourselves jealous by remembering all this.
Have a fab new year and all the best for 2008
Love you lots George Si Lucie and Emily xxxx

Not feeling all that festive ourselves but we hope that everyone back home is having a great time! Please save us some christmas dinner as we are sad to be missing out (we couldn't find a turkey small enough to fit under the grill in our camper!)...the thought of mince pies and christmas pud...oh, so sad!! It'll be easter time when we get back so we're expecting to do the rounds with our pics and stories in exchange for a christmas/easter dinner!!!

Hi Guys
Just thought I'd update you on the party of the year. The girls had a couple of boyfriends round for tea, Josh and Cameron (plus Mums and Dads) loads of presents (they were quite good at sharing) and not many tears so that was a bonus! They looked beautiful in their party outfits and their new sparkly shoes (Sam you'd love them!) We had a Thomas the Tank cake which went down a treat having to light the candles 4 times so that everyone could have a turn at blowing them out!!!!!! Will email some pics when we can.
Si and I are exhausted so he has just popped out for a Ruby, good end to the day I reckon!
Hope you both doing ok on the road.
Lots of love G xxxx

Hooray, we have new stories to read! Love the blogs, it sounds like you are having a great time and having some exciting adventures!
The relatives are looking good - Tom, you must work on your wig, Michaels is much more impressive!
Hope the camper van has been successful so far - a bit more comfort than the tent I imagine!
Keep up the great catalogue style poses in your pics - love it!
Take Care. Love Beck xxx

We watched the boxing over Steve and Jan's Saturday night got home 6am went straight to bed, up again at 8.30 so dad could drop us over Ashridge for Mulled wine and mince pies ride with the posh set, In the Pouring Rain of course, no sunshine for us Brits.
Love to you both drive safely watch out for bears and stuff in the outback, only stay at big sites with lots of lights etc.

Hi guys!!! Sorry we've been so slack with the updates but we are busy searching for a campervan at the moment and that is taking up most our time. We are currently in Adelaide staying with Toms' cousin Mike his wife Sonja and family (including 3 girls, 1 guinee pig, large stick insects, a cat, 2 possums, a resident huntsman spider which is free to roam the house!!!! Arghhh!!! Thankfully not very big! and last but most definately not least a red back spider in a coffee jar!) Fingers crossed we get a campervan soon as we need to get on round to Sydney via the Great Ocean road - been in Adelaide a week already! Yesterday we booked the Sydney bridge climb, woo! Its booked for twilight on the 7th Feb so we will get to see the sun go down as we get to the top!! Thanks for all the messages you have been leaving, we may not be updating the blogs but always check for new messages. Missing you all, love Sam and Tom x x
