Hi everyone I'm back up the coast now in Queensland visiting my Great Uncle Peter in Noosa with my family. I stayed here for 3 nights on my way down the coast so it's quite weird being back up here again but it's one of the nicest places I have been to so far so I don't mind at all. We all had a really nice weak in Manly and I saw a lot of things that I hadn't done when I was staying in Sydney so I didn't get bord at all. It made a nice change staying in an appartment right on the beach with a clean bathroom etc instead of living in a 6 person dorm where people go to bed and get up at all different times and all use the same toilet and shower. My surf trip was brilliant and although I'm still rubbish at it I managed to stand up a few times and ride the wave all the way in which is the best feling and feels like your going so fast! One of the days in Manly me and a friend from the trip even rented out a board each for the day which was cool and had a great laugh before going out to this cool techno club in the evening. Didn't start off as fun as we expected though because we both ended up getting stung by Jelly fish in the first 10 minutes and ran out of the water for about 15 mins untill in stopped hurting as much and decided to rent out some wet suits for more protection. Although 5 minutes after I got back in I then got stung on my hand and foot which shows what a pointless existance Jelly fish have if they've got nothing better to do than sting people but I still had a really cool day. George had a few surf lessons in Manly as well so he rented out a board and came in with us which was cool. I've only got 3 more nights left in Australia now which is sad because I've had such a great time over here and made so many good mates but I suppose Fiji and the rest of my trip wont be too bad either so I'm not too dissapointed!! I've also booked up my Kiwi experience now and the route I'm taking travels from Aukland to Christchurst so I get to see pretty much all of the two island and I've heard from people that have done it already that it's amazing so I can't wait. I think for my week in Fiji I'll just relax a bit and Snorkel in the sea or lie on the beach and hopefully save a bit of money. Anyway I'll let you know where I'm staying in Fiji because I haven't booked anything up yet because there's loads of Islands to choose from. Speak to you soon Tom
