Love Vietnam give the country a shout out from me........Am feeling rather ill....Had injections ..my arm hurts and swear I have typhoid!!! I am sickening from a cold..stress from work...being public enemy number one does not help....Feeling dreadful but hoping to feel better soon.Let me know what you want me to bring...Sam cheered me up today.Will be going for a drink with her and James  Tuesday....No one else...such a long story......Woe is me but the only thing that is keeping me sane is that i will see you in less than a month.#

Having a great time in Vietnam...although apparently a giant typhoon is heading our way soon...scary! We are in town famous for its tailoring, I am in shopping heaven and will be sending a huge parcel home. Need lots of parties when I get back so I can wear all my new dresses!!! Yay!! They even handmake shoes!! You just choose a picture in the Next catalogue, Vogue, Glamour and they make it for you.......OMG.......Somebody stop me.
Anyway, hi Jo, Alex and Charlie....it was wicked seeing you guys, shame we couldnt do the rafting with you although Jo's experience sounds a little less ideal, so maybe a good thing we left when we did! We were thinking, if you cant make Thailand, then how about Chile next yeat instead??? PS Check the photos, we were laughing so much when we stuck it up!

By the way, I will take your birthday present hint just as soon as I get the huge present you obviously mailed to me for my birthday in July which must have got lost in the post because I know you would never forget your big sisters 30th birthday.  hi debbie and tim--so good to see you in laos--had a great day kyaking --wish we could have done it together---the only downside was that i decided not to do the last section as rapids too big but noone told the driver and was left in the middle of nowhere and  had to walk for an hour to try and find them and got bitten and burnt to death--boys thought it very amusing!!

Hi Debs, Have resent the emails to you.If you go to Vientenne there is a small village in the grounds of one of the temples that has a spa.Cant remember what it is called but they do the best massage I have ever had.Look in your guide book it should be there.Dont miss out it is about £5.0 and it is amazing.

Hope everyones cool.....we are in Laos now and have been very active....trekking, kayaking and elephant trekking! Although now we are in a travellers village with TV bars showing constant Friends over and over which is dangerous for two TV freaks! We have managed to tear ourselves away today though to go tubing!!

Anyway, just to let you all know, Tim has lost his phone and for some reason I can't text from here. Also I am losing emails again sending and receiving...arrgh.....so if you email me please put a message on ths board so I know to expect it. I will do the same....Sam I emailed you a couple of days ago, hopefullly you got it? Michelle I have not received any emails from you in ages....try resending them for me!
