Hey Chris! Good to hear you arrived okay. Sydney at New Year must've been awesome?! A few of us had a bit of a shindig at the Arkinstalls' house which was good; copius shots of strangely coloured 'punch' were consumed, along with just about anything else of liquid state! Your filthy comments were sorely missed by all! We're off up to training at Bath on Monday, where Andy the Buff will apparently be putting us through our paces out on the running track beforehand...or something!! Take it easy (we're sure you will!). S&M (quality initials!).
####Yeh, i arrived ok, bit jet lagged tho. new years was awsome, managed to finally get some photos on the photo album bit if ya wanna have a quick look. Glad you had a good new years, i managed to go clubbing after with a few irish lads that i met, complete nutters!!
Good luck with your training- plan to have a run and a gym/swim today as its a bit overcast, and theres not much else to do thats pretty cheap.
