Lunch at Heston's!
Entrees are Pigs ears ragout on toast ,and hay smoked salmon with smoked beetroot and pickled lemon. Mains are half eated roasted pollock with parsnips and a sweet puree, and a quail with greens and jus. For dessert: prune and tamarind tart with a creme brulee custard topping, and a millionaire shortbread with vanilla ice cream.
