Hello!! After visiting Fraser Island we drove up the Queensland Coast to Agnes Water and 1770, so called because it was the first place Captain Cook landed when he found aussie land. It wasnt a long drive at all by Australian standards and we even enjoyed a day on the beach. Agnes water is lovely and really small with a great beach! 1770 is 5 minutes down the road and is a wonderful little hamlet, just a few houses which are mostly holiday lets and a groovy bar/...

Hi Guys!!! Sorry I havent written in ages and ages...all the other sites I added I wrote earlier on Rubens laptop to save time!! Fraser Island was awesome in the end. We hired a really cool 4WD only five us in all so that was good (its the largest sand island in the world!). The other two were two German girls that we all thought were Lesbians but I later found out that they wernt!!! They were actually really miserable and I dont think I saw one of them smile ...

You can see these big beauties at Hervey Bay but not yet!! I may be back to see them though!! Hervey Bay 10th May- Drove to Rainbow beach from Noosa today, pretty cool drive but we were mildly disapointed by it! There was nothing to see apart from oh yes another beach but no town! Weird! So we decided we would be better off and drive up the coast to Hervey bay. We really want to go to Fraser Island which is only accessible from these points. We are fed up of all...

May 8th Australia Zoo to Noosa- Drove North past Brisbane to Australia zoo home of the crocodile hunter..well ok maybe not anymore..poor steve! Clearly still an icon in oz as his face appears in billboards all the way to the zoo with the caption 'Crikey'! Bless. This is a picture of surfers paradise by the way...not Byron Bay!!!!! Byron Bay 5th-7th May- Left Brisbane in our hire car, which we got a really good deal for! Headed down the coast towards the Gold coast and Surfers Paradise. We could see Surfers Paradise emerging from the Skyline from miles away. Its hideous and we kind of new it would be but we were heading past it so thought we should see it for ourselves! Absolutely nothing different from what I was expect...
