I got up early for a bit of a wander and went shopping to buy some tools. Boring, I know, but they're cheap here and we still have capacity left. A bit of eBay horse trading the tools will help to make a teeny dent in the bill!

Last minute pack, of into the freezing cold for Wendys (Pancakes for most) for breakfast then back to the apartment to extend my arm length getting the suitcases down the stairs. 8 of them are at their 23kg limit. Plus all the hand luggage..... the driver had a heart attack when he arrives. Plenty of space on the private bus, but they all had to be lifteed.

Pleasant last journey through the tunnel to JFK (No major delays) so we ended up checking in about 2 hours early (Rather than 10 minutes late like last time!). It was a relief to not have to manhandle the luggage any more. Wont miss that! (Especially when using trains).

We're now in Hong Kong after an uneventful flight over China (Completeley different route compared to our LA trip). 2 more hours to kill then hopefully we will sleep all the way to Perth!
