Arrived in Bangkok at 3pm. We had to wait in terrible long lines for the passport control. We spent the 2 days in London before we headed out to to Heathrow airport. The first day we met with Neil to train at Musclework gym. We had a good leg workout together and I became the first female bodybuilder to train in this, Men only gym. The second day we spent in the sun in Hyde park.
