Today we are leaving Coogee and our friends here. We are off to Hamilton island and Airlie beach. We woke up at 5 to go for a workout in Titan Fitness a last time before we fly out at 10 am. Susie and Metsd were there to say goodbye to us. After a fast we went back to the hotel to pack the rental car with our bags and check out. We woke up so tired and with hangover. The walk to the breakfast was hard and it took long time to finish up what we were eating. After feeding ourselves we decided to go to the beach for a swim to wake up. It was a very hot day and Kris felt very bad. He was stumbling in the sand when we walked to the beach front. The water was lovely but rough with big waves and Kris was pulled down several times. Oh how we laughed. Then he had enough and went up to lay down. ...

We woke up at 7am to have breakfast. Kris and Gaz went for a walk while I was getting ready and me and Kaz met them downstairs at the restaurant. Me and Kaz went for a swim in the ocean while Kris and gaz prepared things for the seminar. We met up for food before we headed over to the gym. There was about 100 people in the studio upstairs in the gym that had come from many different parts of Australia to listen to Kris. The total time of the seminar was about 3 h...

We were up at 6 am to drive off to the Bay area in Sydney. Kris wanted a early start to beat the rush hour traffic. We parked the car at Cromaine bay and started out walk toward The circle dekeys and the ferry harbour. It was a beautiful walk and so much flowers and green trees. after 45 mikn we decided to stop at Neutral bay at a cafe to hsve our morning coffee and get some rest. it was a nice harbour with beautiful view over to the Opera house. We had breakfast early at the hotel before we headed to the beach. It was hot and sunny. We went to have a swim in the rock pool just by the beach. It was amazing water and we could feel the waves as they came into the pool. This pool protect us from getting hit by the big waves and only rocks us instead of throwing us around. We sunbathed at the beach for a while and tried the real waves. Kris lost his sunglasses when he was thrown around by the strong big waves...
