Snowing and windy

Our flight out of Akureyri was supposed to depart at 6.25pm last night however because of bad weather we didn't fly out until nearly 8pm. Once again the plane was quite small (about a hundred seater) and the wind was blowing it around and a couple of times it dipped a fair bit which was frightening. Anyway, we arrived safely and caught a taxi to our apartment which is in the centre of town. The room is small but not as small as the one in Akureyri.

Thursday and Friday nights are supposed to be clear so we'll go light hunting on those nights again. In the meantime we'll book a couple of tours to see what the countryside is like. I bet we'll see a lot of snow!
