The visit to Heritage Park was a little disappointing. It is a very interactive life size museum of the history of Canada through the ages and is aimed very much at children. However, I did get to do a Huck Finn turbine boat ride so all was not a complete waste J We left from there to make our way through the Rockies to our first destination. The mountains do not hit you in a breathtaking manner but rather gently introduce themselves and become more magnific...

After Dad died, both of our bodies' crashed and where I came down with a ton of crippling bronchitis, Mom was struck down with 'flu and also ended up in bed.
