After arriving in Madrid, we went straight to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Soufiane had been trying for weeks to purchase tickets to the game, with no luck. Once we had bought the tickets as close to the pitch as we could, we decided to do a tour of the stadium. It is very impressive indeed, holding over 80,000 people. During the tour we got to see the changerooms, the tunnel, the press room. all the history and ofcourse all the memorabilia.

The game between Real Madrid and ??????? was amazing, the atmosphere was nothing like I have ever experienced, even an AFL grand final wasnt as good as this. The chantting behind the goals and the drums never stop. We had excellent seats and could see Ronaldo train and of course aid in the goals.

Another highligh on Madrid was of course the Shopping.
