After our extremely long 8 hour drive today back from Port Lincoln we finally reached the wicked camper depot to drop our van off and head to our next flight from Adelaide to the Gold Coast. We arrived 4 hours early so weren't able to check in, we were so anxious about the long drive home we left at 6am to ensure we got back in time we left almost to much time! Our flight was at 7:10pm and we were at the airport at 3.30pm.. better to be early than late we thought...

Our goodbyes were quite sad really.. our long stay with our extended family has come to an end. It has been so far such a significant, happy, wonderful experience that we will never forget with them all. The road trip began with a huge stock up on food, ciders and petrol. We then were able to set off to Torquay when we spend our first night. PHILLIP ISLAND 2hr drive to Phillip Island and we're here. 5 minute walk to the beach and our own queen sized bed.
