Satay Celup
Satay celup or satay steamboat is a dish that assortment of raw and semi-cooked seafood, meat and vegetables on skewers that are dunked into boiling pot of water and eaten with sauce that is similar to the ubiquitous satay sauce but different ingredients. Satay celup is popular in Malacca (historical city in Malaysia). Many tourists or customers find satay celup best to eat because there are more than 80 types of seafood and vegetables to choose from and the sauces are thick and aromatic. Besides, the food are always kept fresh in a huge refrigators and open fridges with shelves at the dining hall.
